I sent them a completed appeal form and supplementary information in early December, and they haven't issued a statement, judgement, answer or even acknowledgement yet. The appeal was against them reclaiming £7,000 overpayment from 2004. It's making it very hard to judge how my finances will be in the near future - a critical component of my ongoing divorce.
